Basic Smoothie Recipe

I drink a smoothie almost every single day. I don't change them much or try different recipes, I'd rather just cram all of the nutrients I can into the cup and mix it up. Here is the basic "recipe" for what I put in my smoothies:

Frozen berries (maybe a 1/3 cup)
Frozen banana (anywhere from 1/4-3/4)
Almond milk (unsweetened)
Protein powder (1/2 - 1 scoop)
Oats (cooked or uncooked, 1/8 cup-1/2 cup)
Ground flax (1-2 tbsp)
Chia seeds (1-2 tbsp)
Spinach (as much as I can fit!)

The measurements change based on my activity level for the day and when I'm going to be drinking it.
