Greek Chicken with Avocado Dip!

Tuesday's are Bachelorette night with Ames. Which also means some awesome new clean eats. This is what we ate tonight, inspired from here.

For the chicken:
Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into cubes and toss with:
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1 tbsp greek seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Bake at 375 for 12 minutes. 

For the avocado dip:
Blend the following in a food processor:
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup LF cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch of salt
  • fresh pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp greek seasoning
  • 8 drops hot sauce
 Dip the chicken in as much of the avocado dip as you can, and ENJOY!
